Infrared Training Center Level III Thermography Certification Training

ITC’s Level III certification training teaches thermographers how to establish a successful thermography program across a variety of applications and industries. Content includes instruction on how to establish inspection procedures, apply industry-specific standards, budget for equipment purchases and implement safety protocols. Participants will also learn how to develop an equipment list, establish severity criteria, set repair priorities, and determine IR survey frequencies; all critical elements of a successful inspection program. Hands-on work is emphasized too with labs that re-enforce the principles discussed including exercises that address advanced thermal science, written procedures and industry standards.

Infrared Training Center Optical Gas Imaging Certification Training

Students will learn how to set up and operate FLIR optical gas imaging cameras. They will learn how to optimally adjust their cameras for varying environmental conditions to find gas leaks. Students will learn under what environmental conditions gas leaks are most easily found, somewhat easy to find, and difficult to find.

Infrared Training Center IR Electrical Inspection Training

The Infrared Electrical Inspection training course is designed for infrared camera users or practicing thermographers wanting focused training on electrical inspection. The Infrared Electrical Inspection course discusses typical electrical problems and their potential impact on the operation of a facility. Learn how to perform infrared electrical inspections, document IR survey results and prepare reports. This two-day Infrared Electrical Inspection Course focuses on commercial electrical systems from the building input through switchgear, bus ducts, motor control centers, electrical distribution panels, breakers. How to perform infrared electrical inspections and prepare reports are discussed in light of infrared camera equipment needed, safety and efficiency. Marketing and selling your infrared inspection services is also covered.

Infrared training Center IR Mechanical Inspection Training

The Infrared Mechanical Inspection training course is designed for infrared camera users or practicing thermographers wanting focused training on mechanical inspection. This course discusses typical mechanical problems and their potential impact on the operation of a facility. Learn how to perform infrared mechanical inspections, document IR survey results and prepare reports. This two-day course focuses on commercial and industrial mechanical systems from valves, heat exchangers, bearings, belt drives, gear boxes, tanks, insulation systems, HVAC, etc... Performing infrared mechanical inspections and preparing reports are discussed in light of infrared camera equipment needed, safety and efficiency.

Infrared Training Center Level I FLIR GF309 Furnace Inspection

The Level I FLIR GF309 Furnace Inspection training course is geared to the FLIR GF309 (or equivalent) furnace camera user and focuses on its use for a variety of industrial furnace applications. This course addresses GF309 setup and operation, Level I heat transfer and physics, furnace applications and measurements, as well as inspection methods and analysis methods using FLIR Tools+. Each student will learn how to perform inspections with their FLIR GF309 furnace camera which can provide temperature readings across the entire surface of a heater/boiler/furnace and will help them to inspect faster, work safer and avert unscheduled shutdowns. Images, video and radiometric video from the FLIR GF-309 are internally recorded for analysis in the field or back in your office. Attendees who complete all training course requirements will receive a Level I Infrared thermography certification.

Infrared Training Center Level I Electrical Thermography Certification

The Electrical Level I Thermography Certification training course is geared to the new infrared camera or practicing thermographers wanting focused training primarily on electrical inspection, but also covering a variety of condition monitoring / predictive maintenance applications. Course focuses on commercial electrical systems from the building service through switchgear, bus ducts, motor control centers, electrical distribution panels, and breakers. Marketing and selling your infrared inspection services is also covered. Attendees who complete all training course requirements and a thermography field assignment will receive a Level I Infrared thermography certification.
